This is your complete Fluidform reformer repertoire, consisting of five workshops: Fluidform Reformer Fundamentals, Fluidform Reformer 2.0, Fluidform Reformer Layering, Fluidform Programming and Pre & Postnatal.
The Fluidform Reformer Course is an all-encompassing training course, guiding you through a complete Fluidform Training experience to become a qualified instructor and pursue a career in functional movement.
When you graduate from this course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the Fluidform method and have the confidence to teach the Fluidform way.
The Fluidform Reformer Fundamentals are core to our teaching practices. They are unique to Fluidform, and shape our entire programming.
The Fluidform 2.0 movements build on our Fluidform Fundamental movements. They incorporate changes of positions, small equipment and unilateral work to further challenge clients.
Layering is a technique we use to create change, build strength and see results in our clients. This technique is unique to Fluidform and was created after years of work with elite athletes, special conditions and thousands of in studio clients.
This workshop will introduce you to the Fluidform Way. You will learn how we prepare, program and teach our classes, to continue to evolve your clients experience and create positive change to not only your clients but your studio.
This workshop will help you to understand the changes your client goes through at each stage of their pregnancy. Understand the importance of movement for mothers and how to confidently program and teach for pre and postnatal clients.
Kirsten King, the founder and principal instructor of Fluidform is a passionate advocate for the functional and aesthetic benefits that movement can bring to the human form.
With over 20 years experience operating Fluidform studios in Sydney, along with her global Fluidform online platform, witnessing the progress and change in clients has been truly inspiring.
Kirsten wants to share this experience with you, and continue to share the Fluidform method across the globe. Her style of Pilates is unique, functional and achievable to all. Her training is practical and considered, designed to share her knowledge and train you as an advocate and teacher of the Fluidform way.
Our Fluidform Training courses are available to anyone. Whether you hold a Pilates teacher qualification or are wanting to persue a career in Pilates and functional movement instruction, you are able to enrol in this course.
You will need to prepare for this course by learning basic functional anatomy, including terminology, the skeleton, joints and muscles. Prior to commencing this course, you will be required to successfully pass a short quiz demonstrating a base level knowledge of anatomy. We can recommend some resources to prepare you for this knowledge.
You will need to sign up for Fluidform at Home if you are not already a member, this supports your online learning throughout the workshops.
You will also need access to a reformer for this course.
Fluidform Reformer Fundamentals and Fluidform Reformer 2.0 are allocated eight weeks to complete. All other workshops are allocated six weeks to complete all components. The full matwork course will take just over 6 months to complete. The online learning materials will be available for 12 months from registration, for you to access and review as you start practising as an instructor.
We understand that everyone's circumstances are different and can support you with these timeframes.
Each workshop requires approximately 60 hours to complete. This includes a combination of online learning 10 hours, self-mastery 25 hours and teaching 25 hours. This is an estimate as each individual may vary in the time they take to complete each workshop component.
Your registration fee includes access to all online learning modules and a supporting electronic manual. Fluidform at Home is not included in this price.
The full mat qualification includes 5 workshops; Fluidform Reformer Fundamentals, Fluidform Reformer 2.0, Fluidform Layering, Fluidform Programming and Fluidform Reformer Pre & Postnatal.
The practical components are key to your training journey. Each workshop requires, a combination of observation 10 hours, self-mastery 25 hours and teaching 25 hours. For the full course this is 300hrs of practical. This allows you the opportunity to fully understand movements and be confident in your teaching.
This course is delivered online and on-demand, through a comprehensive training manual, tutorials, interactive workshops and self-mastery supported by Fluidform at Home*.

The online learning materials will be available for 12 months from registration, for you to access and review as you start practising as an instructor.
You will require access to a reformer to complete your self-mastery, teaching hours and assessment components of this workshop.
