Gain a complete understanding of each piece of equipment and how to incorporate them into the Fluidform Fundamental movements.
Through the addition of small equipment, learn new repertoire and understand how this can help with the recruitment of muscles, change the focus of movement, progress and regress movements and assist your client to achieve movements they otherwise couldn't.
