WORKSHOP THREE

This workshop will introduce you to the Fluidform Way. Learn how we prepare, program and teach our classes, to evolve your clients experience and create positive change not only to your clients but your studio.

The Fluidform Way is more than movement, it's how we bring energy to a room and build connections with our clients bodies and minds.

During this workshop we will assess five different postural types, and their relationship to different lifestyles. This information will show you how tailoring and adjusting your program through postural assessment can enhance your client's practice and everyday function.

Workshop three can only be purchased as part of the Fluidform Fundamentals, Layering & Programming or Fluidform Matwork course.
