WORKSHOP TWO
This workshop will build on the Fluidform Fundamentals and introduce you to layering.
Layering is a technique we use to create change, build strength and see results in our clients. This technique is unique to Fluidform and was created after years of working with elite athletes, unique conditions and thousands of studio clients.
We will explore the role of different muscle types, movements and ranges to layer movements and achieve the best results. Layering allows us to create change in all posture types through our Fluidform Fundamental movements.
Workshop two can be purchased individually, as part of the Fluidform Fundamentals, Layering & Programming or Fluidform Matwork course.
